Guests are expected to abide by these rules which keep guests safe, help preserve the beauty and integrity of the condo for all guests, keep costs manageable for everyone, and conserve resources.
NO SUBLETTING - Guests are not allowed to sublet the condo. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the lease and eviction of guests, and forfeiture of any and all payments made by guests.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS UNIT - Violation will result in an automatic loss of the security deposit, plus cleaning fees, and potential immediate eviction.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF FOUR (4) - Occupancy of the condo is limited to the people named in the rental contract which will not exceed four (4). Violations of the maximum occupancy rule will result in additional charges being assessed and withheld from the security deposit and/or charged at check-out. At Owner's discretion, remedies may also include termination of the lease and/or eviction of extra person(s).
REASONABLE USE OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER - Guests are given a daily allowance of Four Hundred Philippine Pesos (Php400) for electricity and water (normal usage). Guests will be billed for electricity and water charges above the daily allowance.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - The condo is equipped with cleaning materials for daily maintenance. Upon inspection of condo at check-out, Property Manager has the sole reasonable discretion to decide whether guests will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of Six Hundred Philippine Pesos (Php600).
If guests want to avail of housekeeping service, they can request for such service from the Property Manager exclusively and pay a fee of Six Hundred Philippine Pesos (Php600) per visit at the time the services are rendered (no other housekeeping service is allowed). Violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of the lease, and guests will be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss (including all repair or replacement costs) resulting from the engagement of housecleaning services not requested through and not provided by the Property Manager.
